When you press the ability keybind, you get a random effect, each with an equal chance, out of slowness 3, speed 3, strenght 3 and weakness 3 for 60s
Just like the normal ability, when you attack something with this ability, there is a 30% chance you deal 35% more damage, and a 70% chance you deal 15% less damage.
